Hampton Bays

This custom two story contemporary style home was designed to sit on top of a hill, overlooking Tiana Bay in Hampton Bays. The rectangular house allows for living areas to open to an exterior deck with pleasant water views. To conform to setback constraints, the two car garage was placed in the front yard creating a courtyard. Note the vine covered walkway connecting the garage and main house.
