A renovation project on Dune Road in Westhampton Beach, this owner wished to use the existing pile foundation for a two story house to replace the existing 1960’s house. Cedar shingles laid in a standard pattern adorn both gable end walls. The wide entry mahogany steps create an inviting approach into the windowed entry.
