This house replaces a 1950’s ranch situated on a narrow lot in the village of Southampton. Set on the original foundation, the design challenge was the lot size, setbacks and pyramid law. This Cape Cod is designed to be two stories but gives a 1 1/2 story appearance. Cedar shingles laid in a diamond pattern adorn the front entry gable roof.
