Noyac

This custom two story shingle style home was designed for a family with small children. The lot was wide and triangular, so the design response was alike in order to conform to code regulations. Note the triangular pool shape which conforms to these restrictions. The second floor covered deck off the master bedroom provides bay and pond views.
