The right of building only one structure from the plans purchased is licensed exclusively to the buyer, and the plans, in any form cannot be resold. In the case of reproducible vellum, the buyer is licensed to build only one structure from the plans and reproduce a maximum of 10 sets from reproducible vellum.

The plans, in any form, cannot be resold or transferred. Copyright owners can seek full remedies available under the copyright statutes including statutory damages of up to $100,000 per infringement.
